The house is still under renovation.  The ceilings haven’t been restored yet.  And they have only just begun to work on the front entryway.  Drop cloths have been hung in the doorways to protect the rest of the house from the renovation mess, of course.

As always, work will continue on the little house, and updates will be posted.  If you’d like to see more about this house, the posts are here.

If you are participating in the contest, have your posts up by 8 pm tonight.  I can’t wait to see them!  They will be compiled and sent off to the judges, and the winners will be announced next Monday, here and at the Undersized Urbanite site.

I love the moose!!! ahahahahaa! That kitchen floor is stunning, as is the bathroom sink. I love the open air feel you’ve created…a beautiful breeze coming in from outside. Bravo! ๐Ÿ˜€

Excpet for the moose, it looks a lot like my own fisherman’s cottage: it’s the exact same floorplan and it’s even also under renovation ๐Ÿ˜‰ You’ve done an amazing work!

This house is so fresh feeling! So open, spacious, and refreshing! You can tell no kids live here, unlike my own house, where stuff is scattered everywhere, LOL!

Thanks again for hosting a wonderful contest!!

I finally figured out how to comment! haha!

This house is a wonderful renovation, just the coating of a lighter color made it look so lively and opened up the corners to add a fantastic depth!

The kitchen is wonderfully done it looks very classic!

Thanks for holding this great contest!

The moose in your last post makes sense now. XD

    I love this house Christina!
The furniture looks so stylish, but still feels like it belongs in a fisherman’s cottage.
I really like how you even made it look “still under renovation”, that is so clever. ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi, I’m Christina.

Little Victorian is your place for inspiration, education, and encouragement for how to be your own interior designer and decorator, and how to carry out your big plans yourself too.

It starts with psychology, then artistry, and ends with power tools. None of those are scary, and you really can do it.
