Earn Money and Develop Yourself
One of the greatest things about being a homemaker is the ability to create your own career. Or just a temporary job if you want it for a few extra dollars a month.
Before becoming a homemaker, I was a legal secretary and then executive assistant in the engineering field. I have always loved working. At the same time, I had always wanted to be a homemaker first once I got married. I could have worked my way up in offices, and actually was pretty rapidly. But let me tell you, the career I got to create for myself after becoming a homemaker...WAY better fit for me than working in somebody else's office ever would have been.
So whether you're ready to make a few extra spending dollars a month, or to start your own career from home, where do you even start?
My advice from 14 years of experience?
Start with a hobby or start with a blog. (Or both!)
Also...you have no idea how excited I would be if you took action. SEND ME AN EMAIL if you do, or if you need to bounce ideas off somebody.
