Taking a break from blabbing about my office redo today to share something with you that I think is pretty special.

I was browsing some inspirational blogs the other day and came across a post that I found really inspiring and think you will too.  It’s by Anna from Mischief, Flapjacks, Pantone & Me.  Anna is a graphic designer who blogs about her creative projects and the things that inspire her.

Most recently, she was inspired by a LOVELY little sewing workshop in London called Sew Over It.  She shared pics of the adorable space and interviewed the equally adorable owner, Lisa, about her business and her branding.   As Anna said:

“The thing that struck me most about Sew Over It was the striking branding and how all aspects of the design and space were so well thought out and put together creating a cool, calm, friendly but confident personality.”

I found the workspace alone inspiring as I’m in the middle of redecorating my own creative workspace, but I’m also fascinated by powerful and effective branding, which (in my opinion) Lisa nailed.

Go check out more photos and the interview here!  Is that place adorable or what?

Hi, I’m Christina.

Little Victorian is your place for inspiration, education, and encouragement for how to be your own interior designer and decorator, and how to carry out your big plans yourself too.

It starts with psychology, then artistry, and ends with power tools. None of those are scary, and you really can do it.
