One of the first accessories I wanted for the dollhouse was a stack of miniature firewood for the front porch.

For the holder, I took a piece of coated copper from a section of wiring that was leftover from our real house renovations, and bent it into a rectangle, then curled the ends of the rectangle up to cradle the firewood.  The firewood is just a twig from the yard, broken it into one inch pieces and hot glued together in a pile.

There are some awesome firewood holders available online, but this will do for now.  Especially since it was free.

Hi, I’m Christina.

Little Victorian is your place for inspiration, education, and encouragement for how to be your own interior designer and decorator, and how to carry out your big plans yourself too.

It starts with psychology, then artistry, and ends with power tools. None of those are scary, and you really can do it.
